What you will do: Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code following best practices such as code reviews and unit testing. Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and oversee your code from design to delivery. Design user-friendly software that allows customers to extend and customize functionalities. Contribute to the development of new products and features, as well as improve existing ones. Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing. What you need to succeed: Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving; familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus. Experience with AI productivity tools like Windsurf, Cursor, etc. is advantageous. 6+ years of experience in Java or similar object-oriented languages. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance considerations. Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue. Excellent analytical and design skills. Ability to manage projects with technical risks at a team level. We offer a competitive salary range of $163,600 - $286,300, along with equity, incentives, benefits, health plans, 401(k), ESPP, and flexible work arrangements based on location and role.
