We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!Organization:PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation PADPosition Overview:Responsible for all tasks that lead to the successful recruitment of new physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs). Process all incoming applicants into applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide communication to applicants. Work with recruiters to provide timely communication to all applicants. In partnership with the physician recruiters, schedule interviews to include catering, restaurant reservations, preparing interview itineraries, interview packets and maintaining outlook schedules. Update ATS system once position has been filled. Prepare department reports and other duties as needed. Assists in developing philosophies, plans, strategies and tactics that ensure the success of the physician recruitment process.Job Description:EDUCATION:HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:1 year recent relevant experience.Recruitment experience strongly preferred.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well.Customer service skills and organizational skills.Must have the ability to handle confidential information.Must be able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.Attention to detail, work at a high level of accuracy, work with timelines and problem solve in real time situationsGeneral skills in computer applications and office equipment including MS Office, Word, Excel and OutlookJob Shift:DaysSchedule:Full TimeShift Hours:8Days of the Week:Monday - FridayWeekend Requirements:NoneBenefits:YesUnions:NoPosition Status:Non-ExemptWeekly Hours:40Employee Status:RegularSutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.Pay Range is $34.46 to $49.97 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
