Research and identify relevant events and shows within our assigned territory. Negotiate contracts with event vendors. Plan and coordinate an annual calendar of events and shows. Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators. Schedule demonstrators for events. Coordinate booth and display setup and teardown. Arrange appointments for free in-home consultations at events and shows. Collect and follow up on contest entries, scheduling participants for consultations. Measure and report event results. Qualifications
Strong communication skills. Positive, outgoing personality. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to coach, train, and motivate others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods. Capability to lift up to 30 pounds. Availability to work weekends.
