- Other Details: A Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is needed to provide first assist support with required weekend availability, covering at least two extended weekends per month (Thursday through Monday or Tuesday). The role involves assisting in general vascular and endovascular procedures, including bypass, fem-pop, aorto-femoral/iliac, peripheral, carotid, thoracic, abdominal surgeries, vascular access devices, and subclavian steal procedures. The facility is a Level III trauma center with over 250 beds, supported by a team that includes 2 APPs, 2 MAs, 3 RVTs, a full-time provider, and a manager. The EMR system used is Epic, and candidates must disclose years of Epic experience and the most recent usage date. Board certification (ABMS/AOA), an active Colorado license, first assist experience, and COVID vaccination are required. The candidates must have a clean malpractice and background history.
