A health services organization in New Jersey is currently seeking an experienced, licensedGastroenterologist to join their staff as their newPediatric Gastroenterology Division Head.
Responsibilities:
ThePediatric Gastroenterology Division Head will:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions in children
• Perform endoscopic procedures and other diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the division, including staffing, resource allocation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
• Develop and manage the division's budget, including financial planning and resource allocation
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Supervise and mentor pediatric gastroenterology fellows, residents, and medical students
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and encourage professional development among division members
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey
• Board Certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology
