Store Manager
Quik Mart is seeking positive, outgoing, and motivated leaders who love challenges and want to make a difference in their teams and customers lives. For over 45 years, Quik Mart has operated clean, trusted, family-owned convenience stores in Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama. The store management position is full-time, requiring 50 or more hours per week. It involves ensuring efficient store operations and upholding Quik Marts family culture. As a store manager, responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, strong leadership, training and coaching staff, and working alongside the Regional Supervisor. Maintaining high employee retention, developing leaders, and fostering a team environment are essential. Ensuring a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation standards is also required. Responsibilities May Include
Creating schedules and assigning responsibilities Monitoring task completion Staff evaluation Setting sales goals Completing inventory for retail and deli Managing invoices and orders Overseeing cooking and cool-down procedures Conducting store inspections Handling morning paperwork Managing store and deli inventories Processing register procedures Adjusting gas prices and managing sign knowledge Making labels Opening and closing stores Participating in MMP training Ordering cigarettes and understanding cigarette base Upselling, menu pricing, and EBT/Incomm machines knowledge Vendor delivery scheduling Running sales and flash reports Using ADP systems Managing store P&L Employees of Quik Mart are offered competitive salaries, a 10% store profit bonus, paid holidays, vacation, 401K, and health insurance.
