Position Requirements
Education, Credentials, Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or relevant field. PMP Certification preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in a chemical or consumer goods manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, project management, supervision, and communication skills. Proficiency with design and visualization software. Knowledge of engineering standards, safety management, and regulatory requirements. Performance Measures
Manage engineering projects from planning through execution. Develop project specifications, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead project teams, ensure compliance, and promote continuous improvement. Additional Requirements
Participation in Cremer North America training programs. Adherence to safety, GMP, and environmental standards. Support EHS&S objectives and participate in related training and initiatives. Other Details
