Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy. Provide clients with legal counsel and manage their case expectations. Participate in court appearances, depositions, and trials. Collaborate with other attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies. Perform other litigation-related tasks as required. Requirements: Civil litigation experience (preferred, but open to all levels). Strong academic background from an accredited law school. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently while working within a team. Strong communication and client service skills. Willingness to assume significant responsibility in a wide range of litigation matters. Admission to the California State Bar. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the California State Bar. Skills: Strong writing and legal research skills. Excellent oral communication and client interaction skills. Ability to work independently and manage complex litigation cases. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.
