Senior Frontend Engineer
to develop the next iteration of the user interface for our Materia AI product. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain the React-based web application at scale. Implement user interfaces using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to ensure performant, intuitive, and responsive experiences. Identify bottlenecks and optimize for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Troubleshoot complex front-end issues and provide robust solutions. Lead front-end projects, guiding junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Work with AI/ML teams to integrate large language models and AI capabilities into the front-end. Deliver polished, accessible, and user-centric interfaces, iterating based on feedback.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience building React-based web applications at scale. Expertise in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js. Proven ability to create interactive, user-friendly interfaces. Experience from ideation to release of new products or features. Strong debugging skills and performance optimization expertise. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelors degree (preferred but not required). Experience in startup environments or fast-paced settings. Experience with chatbot interfaces, LLMs, or AI-powered tools.

Location & Compensation:
