Location: This role is primarily remote (80%), with the potential requirement to be in the local office once a week. Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Computer and Information Systems Manager, SME, to oversee the technology infrastructure and ensure it aligns with business goals. The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration with different teams to implement IT systems that enhance productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies within project timelines.

Manage and lead IT teams to achieve project deliverables.

Evaluate and recommend technology investments tailored to project needs.

Oversee system updates, migrations, and upgrades permanent to the project.

Ensure compliance with IT security standards and project-specific policies.

Coordinate the effort of sub-Contractors, team members, and coordinate with other Contractors under the direction of the Government Program/Project Manager.

Negotiate and make binding decisions for the Contract.

Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

PMP certification.

Certified as a Lead System Architect with the Principal System Architect designation, relevant Pega Certifications are ideal, i.e., Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) with User Essentials Course.

Minimum Requirements: 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, ideally specializing in Java and Pega.

Proven experience in IT management roles, preferably as a contractor.

Highly knowledgeable in Java, J2EE, Pega, Objected Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, technologies, and workflow architecture.

Understanding of AWS infrastructure, with experience in service development, deployment, and management in AWS environments.

Ability to deliver results within tight project deadlines.
