* Looking for L&T experience * Someone looking to have control of their team * Maintain rent rolls to determine non pay * Maintain court calendar * Draft Petitions and Affidavits * Answer small claims complaints * Coordinating Insurance claim investigations * Spanish speaking a plus * MS Suites ( Word, Outlook, Excel ) knowledge
