Imaging Endpoints is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts; London, UK; Leiden, Netherlands; Basel, Switzerland; Hyderabad, India and Shanghai, China. Under the direction of Imaging Operations/Project Management Leadership this position is responsible for line management of the Operations staff. The Associate Director / Director / Senior Director, Imaging Project Management shall provide strategic direction to the operations department, mentor and lead the clinical operations team and ensure adherence to quality management practices. The Director / Senior Director, Imaging Project Management will provide strategic direction to the team through initiation and management of initiatives assigned by the Executive Management. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, IMAGING PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Guide direct reports in working with finance and executive management to accurately forecast and track revenue and expenses, and maximize monthly revenue and minimize study management costs Lead the project management team to identify and develop efficient systems for enhancing department efficiency Oversee and maintain the relationships with Contract Research Organizations and vendors as it relates to study specific tasks Review project plans with direct reports and communicate revisions as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements of sponsor and Imaging Endpoints Partner with supervisor to develop staff, structure department, and create a highly desired work environment for attracting and retaining highly qualified project management professionals Manage direct reports to ensure adherence to and compliance with applicable state, federal, and international regulations, accreditation requirements, and guidance from regulatory agencies Manage the development, maintenance of, and adherence to SOPs as it relates to project management activities Escalate study issues communicated by direct reports to the executive team for guidance to resolution Conduct performance reviews, and prepare professional development plans for direct reports Oversee and/or manage day-to-day operations aspects of assigned projects as needed Participate in client presentations and/ or bid defense meetings, as required Oversee the documentation of processes and procedures, as appropriate Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare Management) 2-3 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment 3+ years of experience in clinical research and specifically within medical imaging project management Project Management experience managing Phase I-IV global clinical trials a plus Prior line management experience a plus DIRECTOR, IMAGING PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all aspects of Project Management and deliverables across multiple study projects Direct and oversee day-to-day activities of Project Management staff and provide training and guidance Direct Project Management team in working with Finance and Executive Management to accurately forecast and track revenue and expenses, and maximize monthly revenue and minimize study management costs Lead the Project Management team to identify and develop efficient systems for enhancing department efficiency Partner with supervisor to develop staff, structure department, and create a highly desired work environment for attracting and retaining highly qualified Project Management professionals Report status of Project Management activities to Executive Management Provide input to Executive Management in the development and budgeting of Project Management line items in proposals Travel to and participate in due diligence and/or bid defense activities Author or oversee development of Project Management SOPs as needed Direct Project Management team in collaborating with Data Management, Scientific Affairs and Clinical Research to develop all Project Management documentation and perform activities for Study Startup, Conduct, and Closeout Support Associate Directors of Imaging Project Management in their work, and the work of their direct reports, to ensure their work is prioritized and accomplished per Company directives Develop and track timelines to ensure study management milestones are met in coordination with the project team Direct and/or author Project Management documentation and maintain them throughout the lifecycle of a project Oversight of quality review of visual and tabular representations of data in a variety of MS Office products Participate in conference calls, sponsor visits and audits (internal and external) as needed Able to guide Project Management team to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities within a small company environment Manage Project Management team to ensure adherence to and compliance with internal SOPs, policies, procedures, and applicable state, federal and international regulations, accreditation requirements, and guidance from regulatory agencies Conduct performance reviews, and professional prepare development plans for direct reports Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 3 years of
