About the Position: Our client, a leading international law firm, has an active need for a private equity lawyer (4-5 years of experience) to join as an associate in its Corporate and Private Equity practice in Chicago. The attorneys in this practice focus on a range of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, “going private” transactions and purchases of companies in or out of bankruptcy.
