Location: Phoenix, AZ (Happy Valley) Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000 Let’s Be Blunt

We’re seeking an experienced Traceability Systems Analyst. The Traceability Systems Analyst candidate will have a background and proven working knowledge of the

Dutchie, BioTrack and Metrc

platforms, as this position is not entry-level. Our ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated history of success in project and program management. They should be a self-starter with extensive Excel expertise. This individual will be capable of quickly taking ownership of a project and driving it forward. They must be adept at identifying program trends and will not require training in the Dutchie, BioTrack, and Metrc platforms. Ready to grow with us?

Let’s make it happen. What You’ll Do Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage program plans and timelines. Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings. Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables. Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time and within scope. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Daily oversight and reporting in Dutchie platform Lead Metrc and BioTrack integrations Track program progress and performance metrics. Prepare and present regular program reports to senior management. Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the program Director. Communicate program status, risks, and issues to the Director. Manage expectations and ensure needs are met. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure project success. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to company quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control processes.

What You’ll Bring Qualifications:

2 Years of experience working directly with Dutchie 2 Years of experience working directly with Metrc 2 Years of experience working directly with Bio-track 2 Years of experience working in the cannabis industry Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Skills: Strong experience in Excel/ Google Sheets Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent license) if required by state regulations. Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Preferred) Relevant project management certifications are a plus. A Few Things You’ll Need Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state. Must be able to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods. Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for data entry and analysis. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Occasional travel may be required to support audits or cross-location system implementation.
