At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is
$78,870 - $103,191 . Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. A Business Systems Analyst is responsible for evaluating and improving business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that align with organizational goals. Additionally, they ensure the successful implementation and integration of new systems and processes through project management techniques. Key Responsibilities Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement
Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Document current and future state workflows, focusing on production, inventory, and quality processes
Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and process maps to visualize solutions and align stakeholders
Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational goals
Lead small to medium-sized projects from concept through implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes
Support ERP and MES system enhancements by aligning business needs with system capabilities
Create training materials and support end-user adoption of new tools and processes
Promote continuous improvement through Agile/Iterative practices and post-implementation reviews
What you'll Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field-or equivalent experience in manufacturing environments
3-5 years of experience in business analysis or operations roles, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and process optimization
Proven ability to build relationships and influence across departments (production, engineering, IT, finance)
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, or similar), especially in manufacturing modules
Familiarity with tools like Visio, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar for process mapping and visualization
Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical concepts into business language
Experience with project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.)
Preferred Oracle E-Business Suite Essentials Certifications
CCBA or CSBA
SCRUM Master
Experience with MES, shop floor automation, or manufacturing execution systems
Certifications such as CBAP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing
Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Willingness to travel to plant sites for stakeholder engagement and process observation as required.
