Client Representative
Adecco is looking for people with strong Client Representative skills with problem-solving skills for a client site in the Glendale area!
This individual will be providing clerical support to Vice President of Client Accounts by carrying out a wide variety of responsibilities, some of which include handling client inquiries and concerns, assisting with client family accounts, contract entry, running queries and integrity reports. This is a nice opportunity for anyone to work for a company with over 100 years of service. This is a Temporary assignment for 3-6 months.
Responsibilities: Daily contract entry including processing complicated transactions related to contracts like property exchanges/trade-ins, policies and goods/services for at-need contracts. Answer phone calls including inter departmental and external calls from clients. Preparation of client's conversion worksheet and quoting equities. Work with other departments regarding client family accounts. Respond to inquiries regarding accounts via telephone, in person, e-mail, or mail in an accurate and expedient manner. Address client family concerns with compassion and empathy in a timely manner. Seek guidance as needed. Perks:

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED Experience 2-3 years of Call Center Customer Service experience Strong computer experience in MS Suite, must type at least 60 wpm. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Shifts Available: Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details:
$29.00 per hour
