About the Role

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced

Customer Service Representative

. This is an onsite role where you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, business partners, and drivers - ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and business partners via phone and email

Address and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

Diagnose, assess, and troubleshoot issues effectively

Monitor the progress of delivery routes

Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Qualifications

Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of related experience, ideally in a call center environment

Strong customer service skills with proven issue-resolution ability

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering high-quality solutions

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour
