We have an immediate opportunity for an
Associate Project Manager
in the San Francisco Bay area. This role requires experience in the power industry, specifically working with utilities on electrical overhead and underground projects. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement project plans, making adjustments as necessary. Manage project costs, schedules, and changes, maintaining all relevant documentation. Communicate effectively and oversee risk management processes. Implement necessary changes to meet crew and client demands. Track and control project costs using Excel. Maintain client relationships, including managing unpaid invoices when applicable. Build and sustain relationships with clients and their teams for ongoing and future business opportunities. Handle daily client interactions. Prioritize daily work activities effectively. Experience and Education Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Monday.com, and Primavera. Experience in electric utility construction preferred, with formal project management training. Understanding of revenue models, profit and loss statements, and construction cost projections. Detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and a critical thinker outside the box. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
