Juicebox is an AI-powered recruiting platform. We help recruiters identify, assess, and engage the best talent. In the last 8 months, we’ve grown to 7 figures in revenue with 20% monthly growth. We have 500+ customers including Patreon, Replit, and leading AI labs. Join Juicebox as our second AE. You will focus on converting leads from our inbound pipeline. We’ve raised >$5M from leading investors (unannounced round, we will share more on call). GTM at Juicebox All pipeline is inbound through either our free trial or our demo form; 70+ inbound demos each month. We generate 1,000s of inbound leads each month. We have more requests than we can handle. Core customer groups include in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies. Deal cycles are 2-3 weeks (depending on whether the prospect does a trial). There's a large opportunity to upsell our existing 500+ customers, many of which have larger recruiting teams. We consistently win against legacy recruiting tech products. Requirements Experience closing ACVs of $10K - $20K 2+ years experience in SaaS sales Track record of exceeding quota (Presidents Club, Top 10%, MVP, etc.) Located in or willing to relocate to SF Nice to have Have sold to the Head of TA / VP People (or HR more broadly) Familiar with Product-Led-Growth (using free sign-ups as your primary channel) Experience working in a small GTM team (

Compensation : $100-$120K base salary, based on experience. 20% commission, uncapped. Generous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. Lunch stipend.
