Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies Ensure the sterile field is maintained and all surgical equipment is properly prepared Anticipate needs of the surgical team to promote efficient and safe operations Support room turnover, equipment sterilization, and instrument readiness Maintain accurate count of instruments, sponges, and sharps Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards Collaborate with circulating nurses and anesthesia staff for seamless patient care Who We Are

Required Skills Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Dependability and professional integrity Required Experience Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program Current CST certification required BLS certification required 1+ years of experience in an operating room setting preferred Familiarity with a range of specialties such as Orthopedics, ENT, GI, Ophthalmology, and General Surgery is a plus Qualifications:

Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Dependability and professional integrity
