Your Responsibilities Owning and optimizing the onboarding process which runs from initial application through being set “live” on the platform Managing a team of onboarding agents responsible for converting qualified applicants into active shefs Designing and refining sales processes to optimize conversion at various stages in the funnel Ensuring monthly onboarding goals are hit (primarily # of onboarded shefs) Coordinating with cross-functional contributors to the onboarding process, like working with our culinary lead for taste test & menu planning steps Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on onboarding funnel metrics, and quickly addressing problems / opportunities Continuously improving onboarding processes by gathering feedback, running experiments, and automating where possible
