The Opportunity
The ICQA Lead assists the Area Manager with coordinating activities for associates in our IC processes. You will pull reports to monitor performance and may provide coaching to improve problem solving, quality, and reporting. You will work on-site in Bethlehem and the schedule will be Wednesday- Saturday on nights (BH nights).

Your Impact
- Assist Area Manager with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for Associates
- Make recommendations to improve IC processes.
- Reassign staff
- Provide feedback through side-by-side coaching and on-the-job training
- Provide information about associate performance and concerns to Area Manager for appropriate evaluation and action.
- Communicate with other Leads to provide a team environment
- Maintain safety standards throughout the day
- Identify critical IC issues and report them to the proper partners.
- Addresses human resources issues, such as attendance; identify behaviors and actions that require disciplinary action and consults Management and HR for guidance.
- 1+ years of experience with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- 1+ years of problem solving or analytical experience in FC environment.
- Must have excellent attendance to develop a stable work environment within the department
- Work flex schedule to meet needs, including nights and weekends
- Be comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet.
- Open to work on powered industrial trucks, such as forklift or order picker.
