Phil Mastroianni Corp is searching for a Site Supervisor to add to our Landscape Construction Division. Our company focuses on high-end residential and institutional projects in Greater Boston and Cape Cod. We are a family-owned business that seeks to provide an enjoyable, professional work environment. As a Project Supervisor, the core responsibility is to oversee the landscape construction projects and the site work/masonry/planting crews onsite. Qualified applicants will possess/perform the following: Comprehensive knowledge of the landscape industry. Supervise field crews. Understanding and use of machinery/equipment. Direct field crews and allocate general/daily responsibilities. Hoisting License and continuing education/OSHA certification. In relation to industry-specific job knowledge: Knowledge of all aspects of Landscape Construction from surface drainage infrastructure, masonry, planting, lighting, and irrigation. Leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic level of horticultural knowledge. Salary is very competitive, based on experience.
