Job Summary: As a Warehouse Order Selector, you will be an essential part of our foodservice supply chain. You will pick orders for delivery to local foodservice venues. Engage in an active, physical role utilizing an electric pallet jack and/or forklift. Organize and palletize products to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations. This position involves working in a safe environment that may have varying temperature and humidity levels based on local weather and product types (including non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen items). Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience. Ability to frequently lift products weighing between 10lbs and 75lbs, with occasional lifting up to 100lbs. Comfortably reach up to 72 inches. Capable of bending and twisting while operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts to retrieve products from lower shelves. Willingness to work in extremely cold environments (coolers and freezers). Ability to remain on your feet for 10 to 12 hours daily. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift. 1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience. 1 year of selection experience is a plus. 2 years of consistent work history preferred.
