Job Summary
Our bar offers hand-crafted cocktails that incorporate fresh juices and ingredients that set us apart from our peers. Our ideal bartenders are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to providing outstanding hospitality for each and every guest. As a bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing hand-crafted cocktail orders in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department. Responsibilities
Ensuring proper prep quantities at all times.
Effective communication with your teammates.
Ability to multitask.
ID guests appropriately.
Cash handling.
General bar duties.
Qualifications
Can obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements
Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation preferred
Ability to stand for an extended period of time
Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
Ability to abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent hospitality skills
Accurate math and cash handling skills
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers
Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
