Schedule:

12-hour shifts (must be flexible to meet operational needs)

Pay Rate:

$27-$35 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support the daily operations of a dynamic plastics production facility by ensuring all machinery and systems are running efficiently. You'll troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and support preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Daily Tasks Include:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment

Operate shop tools: welders, torches, saws, grinders, and more

Execute planned maintenance to ensure machine reliability

Read and interpret schematics and technical documents

Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and inventory

Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical troubleshooting

Operate forklifts and aerial lifts as needed

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Maintain thorough maintenance records and documentation

What You Bring to the Table

High school diploma or equivalent required

At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Comfortable reading blueprints and schematics

Proficient with MS Office and maintenance software

Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, 3-phase motors, and low voltage controls

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-12 hours per shift

Certification in a technical trade or craft is a plus

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Experience in plastics processing is a bonus
