We support your professional growth! What Youll Do: As a School-Based Therapist, youll work directly in K12 schools, offering therapy and support to students referred by educators, healthcare providers, families, and community agencies. Provide evidence-based therapy to a consistent caseload Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals Keep accurate clinical records and documentation Participate in regular clinical supervision and team support What Youll Need: Therapist I (Initial Licensure State of Iowa) Masters in mental health-related field (social work, counseling, psychology, etc.) Current IA or IL license:
tLMHC, LMSW, LPC, or LSW Therapist II (Independent Licensure State of Iowa) Same education as above Current IA or IL license:
