Job DescriptionJob DescriptionChemical Blender Full-Time – Great Temp to Hire Opportunity!1st Shift: Monday to Thursday – 07:00 AM – 05:30 PMOvertime on Friday’s Pay Rate: $20 Per Hour Get Paid every Friday!Job Responsibilities:

Set up and start all mixing tanks and blenders.

Obtain and understand all documentation for making batches.

Ensure correct ingredients are used for each batch.

Pump and pour chemicals into blend tanks in predetermined quantities.

Operate equipment (mixers, scales, meters, pumps, forklifts, etc.) safely and efficiently.

Monitor raw material usage to ensure correct weights and quantities.

Ensure returned raw materials are accurately documented and containers are in good condition.

Follow lab instructions for batch approval, adjustments, and additional requirements.

Communicate with material handlers and packers regarding material needs and batch readiness.

Complete all paperwork and batch documentation promptly.

Observe and adhere to safety requirements set forth by the company.

Qualifications:

4 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment showed on Resume

Previous chemical batch processing experience

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Excellent multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Team player with a professional and positive demeanor.

Ability to manipulate 55-gallon drums of chemicals.

Comfortable working with varying noise levels, chemicals, and a variety of scents.
