The Company Our client is a fast growing site network that currently has over 35 sites and constantly expanding! They focus on diversity in their trials including therapeutic areas: cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines. The Role The Patient Engagement and Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in the clinical trial process. You would truly be the face of the company and the first point of contact for many patients. Some of the people you speak with have never participated in a clinical trial and may be nervous or have many questions; your job is to guide them through the process and make them feel comfortable.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be contacting, screening, and scheduling potential patients into clinical research studies. You'll be working out of a busy, high-performing clinic, and also goign out into the community to participate in events and engagement initiatives! When speaking with patients you’ll be confirming interest in the trial, asking qualifying questions, and scheduling them to start in the trial.

Qualifications Healthcare experience (work or academic experience) Experience working with patients over the phone or phone sales Computer-savvy, open to learning new software Ability to work on site M-F and have some local travel
