Claims Manager
focused on
Errors & Omissions (E&O)
and
Cyber Liability
claims within the Financial and Professional Lines division. This hybrid role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage complex, high-exposure claims across a range of professional sectors, including financial institutions, law firms, and accounting practices.
Compensation: $120,000 – $170,000 base salary
+
bonus ,
comprehensive benefits , and
401(k) .
What You’ll Do: Directly manage a portfolio of complex
E&O and cyber liability claims
across various jurisdictions and industries. Conduct
coverage evaluations , draft coverage correspondence, and lead detailed claims investigations. Oversee litigation strategies, manage outside counsel, and ensure effective cost control and defense outcomes. Negotiate timely, cost-effective claim resolutions and settlements. Communicate updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders including underwriting, actuarial, and leadership teams. Ensure accurate and audit-ready claim documentation and compliance.
What We’re Looking For: 5–8 years
of experience handling
Financial and/or Professional Lines claims , either in insurance or legal settings. Strong technical understanding of
E&O and cyber coverage , including
class actions
and high-exposure litigation. Deep knowledge of U.S. civil litigation, ADR processes, and state/federal legal frameworks applicable to professional liability. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills—both written and verbal. Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required;
Juris Doctorate preferred .
