Core Duties Prepare, review, and revise a variety of legal documents independently. Support compliance efforts and manage high-risk legal matters with minimal oversight. Research legal and regulatory matters using diverse resources to provide timely and relevant insights. Lead contract drafting and negotiation, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and transactional documentation. Manage intellectual property matters: trademarks, copyrights, patents, domain names, and related disputes. Provide legal guidance on employment law and assist with relevant documentation. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external counsel to ensure alignment on legal strategy. Stay current with changes in relevant laws and adjust internal practices accordingly. Handle legal escalations and sensitive issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications Minimum of

8 years

of experience in a

corporate legal setting . Bachelor’s degree plus a

Paralegal Certificate

(or equivalent legal education). Deep knowledge of corporate law, contracts, compliance, IP, employment law, and commercial transactions. Outstanding drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and shifting priorities independently. Experience working with various internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, finance, and executive leadership.
