We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and timely manner. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure records are up to date. Assist with office supply inventory and ordering, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and functional. Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and event logistics as needed. Support onboarding of new employees, including preparing workstations and documentation. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
