Manual Machinist
to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Do As a Manual Machinist, you’ll be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and modifying precision parts using manual machine tools. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a hands-on environment, and enjoys solving technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other manual machining equipment to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements. Measure, mark, and inspect finished workpieces to ensure they meet exact specifications. Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Collaborate with the repair team to develop custom solutions for unique repair and fabrication projects.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Manual Machinist Strong understanding of machining techniques, tolerances, and materials. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with industrial motors or repair shops. Welding or fabrication skills.
