AVP, Asset Management
in
Los Angeles, CA
to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and/or industrial properties. This role primarily focuses on asset management, with additional involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate approval processes.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee third-party property managers and execute business plans across assigned assets Monitor performance against budgets and investment proformas; prepare monthly and quarterly reports Conduct property inspections and recommend strategic improvements Manage property-level cash flow, profitability, and quarterly hold/sell analyses Support acquisitions and dispositions through financial modeling, due diligence, and proforma development Collaborate with JV partners, internal teams, and expatriate staff for corporate approvals Guide and mentor junior team members
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field 5+ years of asset management experience, ideally in an institutional setting Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; Argus experience preferred Knowledge of real estate operations, budgeting, and investment strategy Excellent communication and multitasking abilities People management experience is a plus
