Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all types of visual inspection related to printed circuit boards using magnification equipment's.

Segregate and identify circuit boards with flaws

Inspect each board and identify errors and defects

Perform First Article/AS9102 report and review for correctness

Perform final count of acceptable and rejected boards

Proficient use of inspection tools (i.e. Surface plate, gauges, pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, AOI, OPTEK)

Perform minor rework/return to conformance

Compare shop traveler quantity to final count and notify COLT (tracking system) in cases of discrepancy

Complete report, sign traveler and input data into COLT (non-conformance report)

Obtain final report package (deliverable) and move to the shipping department

Adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace

Good grasp of basic arithmetic in reference to instructions where interpretations are required

Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) *

Limited use in following prints and specifications

Ability to visually verify fine detail work

Ability to comprehend and follow directions regarding inspecting printed circuit boards

Moderate physical lifting or moving of final finished circuit boards (approx. 5-10 lbs.)

Ability to lift 15 pounds without straining

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
