Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Functional Architect with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to design and drive scalable, high-impact CRM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM strategy, process design, data architecture, and cross-cloud integrations. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a tactical expert capable of translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design • Define and architect end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. • Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture. • Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and roadmap planning. • Define and enforce architectural governance standards and patterns to ensure consistency and maintainability.
Required Qualifications: • 12+ years of relevant industry professional experience in CRM with at least 7+ years of Salesforce-specific experience. • Proven Technofunctional experience architecting and delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. • Expertise with Flow Builders, Apex Classes, SoQL Queries, and Connector Integrations
Deep understanding of: • Sales Cloud: Lead/opportunity management, Accounts and Contacts, territory management, forecasting, CPQ, Conversion of Opportunity to Order, Payment Methods • Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio. • Data Cloud: Customer 360, data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, data harmonization. • Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, declarative automation, and AppExchange solutions. • Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, and CDP integrations. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
Preferred Skills & Certifications: • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. • Experience working in a regulated or enterprise-grade environment (e.g., biotech, healthcare, or finance). • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and how they apply to Salesforce .
