Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A ($100,000–$115,000 + Bonus)
LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a client in the retail industry located in Coppell, TX. This hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) focuses on financial planning and analysis at the corporate level, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic financial reporting.

In addition to holding a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics, the ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of relevant experience in corporate FP&A, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and financial consolidation. Experience with tools such as Adaptive Planning, Power BI, or MicroStrategy is a plus. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, with a focus on SG&A, headcount, and workforce costs. Maintain and enhance financial forecasting models using Adaptive Planning. Collaborate with corporate departments to track expenses, analyze variances, and update forecasts. Support quarterly business reviews and board presentations through financial analysis and scenario modeling. Monitor and analyze capital expenditures and provide monthly tracking reports. Partner with international affiliates to assess performance and manage intracompany eliminations. Provide analytical support for strategic decisions and special projects. Drive automation and streamlining of financial reporting processes.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance in corporate FP&A. Advanced Excel skills including complex modeling and pivot tables. Strong PowerPoint skills for creating clear and compelling visuals. Experience with financial tools such as Adaptive Planning, Power BI, or MicroStrategy. Informal supervisory experience preferred,
with potential to move into a manager role within 12–24 months. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority. Must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
