We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator with proficiency in
EDGE Estimating Software . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods, along with the ability to prepare accurate, timely, and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities: Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects. Utilize
EDGE Estimating Software
to produce accurate and professional proposals. Perform material take-offs and calculate labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Collaborate with project managers, sales, and operations teams to ensure bids meet client expectations and company standards. Identify potential risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures. Maintain and update pricing databases for materials and labor rates. Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walk-throughs as required.
Qualifications: 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience. Proficiency in
The EDGE Estimating Software
(required). Strong knowledge of various commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, BUR). Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and blueprints. Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
