As a
Pain Management Nurse (Home Health) , you will assess patients’ pain levels, implement strategies to alleviate discomfort, and educate families on non-pharmacological interventions. Your expertise ensures that seniors can manage chronic pain effectively, maintaining dignity and independence. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate pain sources, intensity, and impact on daily functioning. Collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans and medications. Educate patients and caregivers on pain relief techniques, exercises, and relaxation methods. Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and modify interventions as needed. Qualifications:
Registered Nurse license in California. Experience in pain management, palliative care, or home health nursing. Excellent communication, empathy, and patient education skills. What We Offer:
