CareNational is looking for a Advanced Practice Pediatrics Provider in Eureka, California ! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates who are interested in coastal living. 2+ years of recent Family Practice or Primary Care experience is required for this role as Advanced Practice Pediatrics Provider .
Pay Details:
- Pay Range: $131,000 - $151,000
Work Setting:
- On Site
Position Details:
- Direct Hire
- Location: Eureka, California
- Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Substantial RVU bonus structure
- Relocation offered for provider and potentially 1 extended family member

Requirements:
- 2+ years or recent experience working in Pediatrics
- Completion of an accredited program
- Board certified or board eligible
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Valid DEA certificate
- Currently BLS certified
- Candidates must be willing to live local to clinic location
