Coverage Needed :
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Full-time coverage for 3-6 months
- Clinic: Monday and Wednesday
- Surgery blocks: Tuesday and Thursday
- 24-hour call coverage: 7-10 days per month

- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 Office Staff
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
- Average Call: 5 phone consults, 3 patients seen, 3 admissions
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Call Back Percentage: 10%
- Patients Per Shift: 15
- Bed in Department: 145
- Rounding: Assigned Patients
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- Trauma Level: 3
- Procedures: General Surgery, Trauma, Laparoscopic Surgery, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, Nissen Fundoplication, Head/neck surgery, Chest wall/pleural procedures, Breast surgery, Obstetric & gynecologic surgery, Cesarean section, D&C, Hysterectomy, Liver surgery, GI endoscopy, Minor Orthopedics, Hand Surgery, Ventilation management, Chest tube insertion, Central line insertion, PA Catheter placement, Laser certification, Vascular Surgery, Plastic Surgery
- Additional Procedures for Pediatric Surgeons: Artesias, Esophageal, Intestinal, Biliary, Abdominal wall defects, Gastroschisis, Umbilical defects, Hernia, Omphalocele, Diaphragmatic hernia, Imperforate anus, PDA ligation
Requirements :
- Board Certification/Eligible
- Fellowship Preferred
- Licensed in ID or IMLC
- ATLS
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
