• Full-time, permanent position supporting a high-acuity Level III/IV NICU

• Serve as a clinical expert and educator, guiding best practices in neonatal nursing care

• Provide mentorship, consultation, and support to bedside nurses and interdisciplinary teams

• Lead evidence-based practice implementation and drive staff development initiatives

• Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve patient safety and health system outcomes

• Influence practice change and professional standards at both unit and organizational levels

• $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates

• Base Salary Range: $121,772 $203,257/year (approx. $61.91 $97.72/hour), depending on experience and education
