Highlights of the Position-
Full-time, permanent position supporting a high-acuity Level III/IV NICU

Serve as a clinical expert and educator, guiding best practices in neonatal nursing care

Provide mentorship, consultation, and support to bedside nurses and interdisciplinary teams

Lead evidence-based practice implementation and drive staff development initiatives

Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve patient safety and health system outcomes

Influence practice change and professional standards at both unit and organizational levels

$10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates

Base Salary Range: $121,772 $203,257/year (approx. $61.91 $97.72/hour), depending on experience and education
