- Need coverage at two worksites, Open to 1 doctor or 2 doctors covering this need.
- Dates: 2 weeks per month, ongoing long-term needs of 6+ months
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-430p
- No Call/ No Weekends
- Clinic Setting
- Daily Counts- 80-100 reads/ day, Mammo-7, CT-13, MRI-4, NM-1.5, Radiographs- 50 day + 6/day in clinic, Ultrasound-6, Procedures 1-2, Total -roughly 68/day
- EMR EPIC
- Certifications: Board Certified Radiology required,Prefer those with IMLC licensure if not already licensed in WI
- 30-90 day Hospital privs
