Cardiology - Invasive Physician

Facility in Phoenix, AZ seeking Interventional Cards locums coverage

Rates:

Hourly - $370/hr

Orientation - $150/hr

Holiday - 1.5x regular rate

Nightly Call - $350 (includes 2.5 hours gratis)

On Call (Daily) - $2500 (includes 4 hours gratis)

Call Back - $370/hr after gratis hours

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: June 1, 2025
• Schedule:
• Monday Friday: Rounding and consults on inpatients
• Saturday & Sunday: Weekend call coverage (shared with APPs and fellows)
• Duration: 6+ months
• FTEs Needed: 2 3
  

Clinical Environment:

• Setting: Hospital-Based
• Trauma Level: Not specified
• Duties:
• Rounding on inpatients
• Responding to consults
• Managing calls and urgent needs after hours
• Required Procedures:
• Interventional procedures including Left Heart Caths
• EMR: Cerner
  Support Team: Fellows, NPs, and PAs
  

Credentialing Requirements:

• Timeline: 90 days
• AZ License or IMLC Required
• Application Turnaround: Within 5 days of receiving forms
  
• Additional: Chronological CV with no gaps >60 days, 3 references, clear background preferred
  

Required Certifications:

• ACLS
• DEA
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiology
