As our Vice President of Engineering, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers in designing, building, and scaling the company’s multi-product platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help set technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, scalable solutions to enterprise customers.

About you
Partnering closely with our CTO, you will:
Set the course—together. Shape the engineering roadmap, balancing speed, quality, and reliable architecture.
Reinforce high performance. Elevate the team’s talent and results through constructive feedback and leadership.
Keep us shipping on time. Ensure timely delivery by managing details and making high-quality decisions.
Scale the team. Recruit top-tier talent and inspire engineers to follow your leadership.
Own uptime & trust. Meet enterprise-grade SLAs and compliance standards, as our infrastructure is business-critical.
Bridge the business. Collaborate with Product, Capital Markets, and Compliance to develop APIs that simplify complex mortgage workflows.
Stay hands-on. Participate in code reviews, prototypes, or resolving production issues when necessary.
Represent Engineering. Communicate priorities and risks effectively to teams and customers, translating technical details into business value.
Lead our forward-deployed motion. Manage customer projects and develop playbooks for API collaborations.
