Job Title: CNC MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team, specializing in machining operations with both multi-axis lathes and Haas mills. The ideal candidate should be open to working on both types of machines, although prior experience on both is not necessary at the start. The role involves setting up machines with the proper tooling, inspecting parts, and performing minor program edits.ResponsibilitiesPerform machining operations using multi-axis lathes and Haas mills.Set up machines with the proper tooling and perform tool changes.Inspect parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gauges.Edit programs for minor adjustments as needed.Handle both short runs (8-10 parts) and long runs (3-4 days) efficiently.Perform at least 2-3 setups per week.Document and inspect parts using iPads.Essential Skills1+ years of recent experience in machining with mills or lathes.Comfortable with machine setup and tooling.Experience with multi-axis lathes is advantageous.Experience with Haas mills is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsAny experience with setups is beneficial.Ability to read blueprints and perform changeovers.Knowledge of working with aluminum and steel materials.Why Work Here?Join a company that values a clean and climate-controlled work environment, promoting a great culture and a well-lit workspace.
