We are currently seeking Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons with an active Illinois medical license to perform Utilization Reviews .
This is a fully remote, non-clinical role ideal for physicians seeking flexible, supplemental income .
Role Overview:Review medical records for medical necessity
Use state-specific and national clinical guidelines
Deliver clear, evidence-based determinations
Turnaround: typically 1 5 business days
May include peer-to-peer calls and addenda
Independent contractor (1099)
Flat rate per case
Cases take 15 minutes
