As a Line Cook, you'll assist in creating menu items and ensuring guests are presented with a meal they can't receive elsewhere. Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations Required Qualifications 1 or more years' experience working as a line cook Knife skills Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in culinary arts Experience working on multiple kitchen stations Experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry
