Position Overview Miami Athletics is seeking a talented, innovative, and versatile senior-level Graphic Designer to create visual content for the University of Miami Football program. The role involves working closely with the football team to develop engaging graphics for social media, recruiting, website, and broadcast purposes. The Designer will collaborate with various departments to ensure the creative vision aligns with the athletic department's branding strategy.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and produce digital, animated, and video graphics for football-related content.

Coordinate with recruiting, communications, digital, and marketing teams to meet project deadlines and manage workflow.

Collaborate with external vendors for graphic and print production as needed.

Mentor junior designers and interns, providing feedback and guidance.

Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Work with other departments to leverage graphics for their goals.

Ensure compliance with NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference, and institutional rules.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director, Creative Services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Proficiency in online and print design.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects).

Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Five or more years of progressive graphic design experience.

A diverse portfolio showcasing various projects and skills.
