Warehouse - Repack

The Warehouse Damage/Repack position is responsible for breaking down full cases of produce and/or meat items into predetermined smaller pack size quantities. The Warehouse Damage/Repack position must inspect the quality of the produce and/or meat product ensuring that only those items meeting established standards are selected and repacked. The Warehouse Damage/Repack associate is responsible for recouping, repairing, and ensuring the quality of all products within the warehouse including aisles, docks, reserves, pick slots, and designated damage stations. This position may be assigned other duties as determined per business needs. Major Functional Responsibilities Inspect, repair, and repackage damaged products in accordance with company standards. Document any products that cannot be repaired on the damage form and ensure they are reviewed by the on-duty supervisor or damage supervisor. Identify and return untagged or unmarked products to their proper locations, whether in overhead storage or pick slots. Use warehouse management systems, inventory tools, scanners, and slot analysis reports to correctly allocate products. Verify product quality through date tracking, QA sign off, and other quality control measures to maintain product integrity for end-use PFG customers. Assist in maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. Performs other related duties as assigned.
